This home is located in Port Angeles in the 4 Seasons Ranch Community. A spark from the spark arrester on the lawn mower started this fire in the floor crawl space. The fire smoldered for sometime before being drawn into the main floor through the plumbing drain lines and exploding into the attic space.

We have removed the interior drywall, partition walls and all electrical wiring and plumbing pipes to allow the damaged 2x6 Tongue and Groove sub-floor to be removed and replaced. The plumbing fixtures have been replaced, as well as the electrical wiring system.
The damage to the roof framing has been repaired and the interior framing walls have been re-set. We wish to thank the Clallam County Building Department for their invaluable help and cooperation as the repairs have now been successfully completed.
