This is an older "Farm House" located on the North end of Miller Bay. The Kitchen floor had been built directly over an older structurally unstable existing deck. The floor had compressed more than 1" on the exterior walls causing the cabinets to fall away from the countertops.

To complete repairs we had to support the 2nd floor from below, remove the floor framing to sub-soil, excavate 18" of dirt to allow clearance to the new floor framing, replace the sub-floor and rotten wall framing. We then installed new drywall & paint, new "Pergo" flooring, reset the cabinets, new counter tops, and reset appliances. On the exterior new wall sheeting and sidings were installed.

This project lasted 27 days and had a completed cost of $ 21,500.00.
