This project involved repairing the corner of the Theater Building, a registered Historical Structure. Water had unfortunately seriously penetrated the building to the point that the safety of the remaining structure had become seriously compromised.

We started at the ground level and rebuilt the structural framing members in both the walls and floors through all 3 floors. We then installed new siding on the repaired exterior walls to protect the structural integrity of the building.
